Kevin Sin

Kevin Sin, a robotics technician in the Connected Rehabilitation Technology and Assistive Devices module of the Future Health Technologies program, joined the Singapore-ETH Centre in April 2021.
Kevin graduated from EPFL in 2019 with a degree in Microengineering and has experience in medical electronics and sensor technologies. Prior to joining SEC, he worked as a research assistant on the development of the electrical and mechanical design of an upper limb rehabilitation robot at ETH Zürich at the Rehabilitation Engineering Laboratory (RELab).
Fond of the dynamic research environment and curious by nature, he also worked for different laboratories in various fields, such as: The Wind Engineering Laboratory (WIRE), the Laboratory of Soft Bioelectronic Interfaces (LSBI) and the Laboratory of Nanophotonics and Metrology (NAM) at EPFL. In addition, as a former member of the China Hardware Innovation Camp (CHIC), he has deepened his knowledge of product development and tasted the fast-paced environment of start-ups and entrepreneurship.
At FHT, Kevin continues to develop new rehabilitation and assistive robotics technologies and will support FHT researchers in their research as much as possible.
